CSA Overview….
A CSA share is an 18-week subscription to our Certified Naturally Grown vegetables. Before vegetables are being produced, the community is invited to buy a share of the upcoming season's harvest, in a lump sum or payment plan. Once the fields are full, members of the CSA begin to receive a portion of the harvest each week or every other week. Folks will sample the season, cherishing the unique flavors of the West Michigan growing cycle.
Stillwind is committed to growing nourishing, sustainably-minded, high quality vegetables. To start each growing season farmers are faced with extremely high expenses on organic seeds, infrastructure, soil amendments, labor, tools and more. Local community investment helps offset these costs, allowing for the farm to properly tend to the needs of the season.
Enjoy $25 of extra farm credit if you sign up before the end of January! Farm Credit will be applied to your account after checkout & can be used for extra produce throughout the season or on seedlings during our annual plant sale!
CSA Share Sizes….
Whole Share:
Whole Share members sign up to receive Stillwind's fresh produce every week for 18 weeks (June - October).
Half Share:
Our Half Share product also remains the same. Members opt to pick-up veggies on a bi-weekly basis, for a total of 9 pickups throughout the CSA season.
Flex / Market Share:
This year we are also trialing a limited, Flex / Market Pickup CSA Share. This CSA may be well-suited for folks interested in connecting with local farming consistently, but would prefer choose their own produce on a weekly basis rather than receive a farmer-made bundle. Each week, Flex CSA members attend the Fulton St Market, swing by the Stillwind stall, & select $30 worth of produce to take home.
CSA Community Fund:
NEW in 2025.... our CSA Community Fund will allow us to provide no-cost, no-questions-asked CSA shares. The amount of $35 increments we raise will equate to our free pickup inventory. Once we close our CSA signup (mid-May), we will advertise and administer these free pickups throughout the growing season. For example: say we raise $1,400 via this fund. This will equate to 40 free pickups, to be administered throughout the season.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Offline payment:
Options include CASH or CHECK for CSA payments.

We will no longer be accepting Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal as alternative CSA payment options. As we take on additional reporting responsibilities, we would like to simplify our business administration practices and this change will help immensely with our organization & bookkeeping.
Online payment:
When checking out with a CSA share, GrownBy offers the option of an ACH payment or Credit Card. Both are available to payment plans as well.
SNAP / EBT:
We are still finalizing the expansion of our SNAP and EBT offerings for this year! The function that we are most excited for is still under construction, but will allow for Bridge card payers to pay for shares weekly on the GrownBy website!!! The other change that comes with this, is the ability to expand pickup locations to all sites.... On-Farm, Fulton St Market, or our new Bradford Hollow (NE GR) location.
We are also still planning to work alongside the Michigan Fitness Foundation to offer 75% off of CSA shares for Bridge card payers.
For those who intend to sign up for an EBT CSA share, please send us an email stating your commitment. If done so before the end of the month, the $25 farm credit will be applicable :)

~ All CSA shares will be pre-packaged in totes for a swift & convenient pickup.
~ Folks who opt for pickup at this location also have the option to add-on a Goat Milk Share from Dreamgoats (personally, this is my favorite milk & source hehe).
